The Client:

Dr. Neel Chadha first came to me by referral in 2016 when he was building Lanark Lifestyles, a full-service, luxury retirement residence in Perth, Ontario. When he decided to open a second location in Carleton Place, he asked me to build a parent website for his locations called Retirement Lifestyles. In 2022, he decided to expand his business to include luxury communities geared to young professionals, and called this sister company Development Lifestyles.

The Problem:

Being that this was a brand new business, he needed a website to showcase what Development Lifestyles is, where the communities would be located, and what would be included on the grounds.

The Solution:

Unlike the other websites I had built for Dr. Chadha to this point, which were geared toward seniors, this site needed to appeal to young, urban professionals who were looking to experience small town living, while retaining the lifestyle benefits of city life. As such, this site features large images, and colours and fonts that give it a more modern look and feel.
