The Client:
White Forest Farm Equestrian Centre offers English Riding lessons and vaulting lessons and coachin, along with day and overnight summer riding camps, PA Day activities, Open Barn Events, and more. They are located in Renfrew County.
The Problem:
Their website was outdated and needed a fresh design. Bronwyn Wearring, who manages the farm with her family, wanted the website to provide a way for parents to register and pay for their children for programs, get answers to their questions, and learn more about what the farm offers without having to email or call the farm.
The Solution:
I designed their new website with a focus on guiding visitors to the registration page, where parents could easily find the registration form that matched the program and payment plan they need, fill it out online, and pay for the program. They can also read and sign the waiver and media release forms on the registration page. Each service page includes an FAQ section, and the horses page features a picture and full bio of each of the horses on the farm. Children will often have the horses’ names memorized before they even set foot on the farm.
The Result:
Bronwyn is very pleased with her new website, and is enjoying not having to spend hours each week replying to phone messages and emails from parents asking to register their kids for a program or looking for more information.
