The Client:

Serendipity At River’s Edge is a Bed & Breakfast in an historic home right along the St. Lawrence River in Morrisburg. Owner Maureen Kearns offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere for her guests, and a variety of options for delicious meal and snack options.

The Problem:

She did not have a website, and needed a way for more guests to find her online and learn more about what she has to offer.

The Solution:

Her website was a pleasure to design because of the soft purple tones and feminine features of her logo, incorporated with stunning images of her food, rooms and property. I designed her site to draw in her ideal customer: Adults looking for a peaceful getaway, where they could relax or fish on the dock, enjoy the homemade pastries and meals, and enjoy a charming atmosphere full of antiques. The website is very image-centric, with lots of glowing testimonials from happy customers, and it makes contacting Maureen to book a room very simple.

The Result:

Maureen was very pleased with the look and feel of her new website, but has since decided to close the business and take down the website due to personal reasons.
